Prohibited Activities

Restaurant Owners & Partners

Restaurants listed on our platform (“Merchants”) acknowledge that:

• Listing Accuracy: Merchants are responsible for ensuring their profiles, menus, and contact information are correct.
• Claiming a Business: By claiming a business page, you represent that you are an authorized representative of that establishment.
• Independent Relationship: Food Menu is a third-party discovery platform. No partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship is created between Food Menu and any Merchant unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Menu shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The conduct of any third party or restaurant listed on the site.
• Any personal injury, property damage, or illness resulting from a dining experience found through our Services.

Indemnification
